Senior Client Services Manager
Full Time

As Senior Client Services Manager, your role is to add value to our clients and our company by managing projects so that they’re in spec, on time and within budget. You will be the key forecaster and record keeper of all project specifics, working with the team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

You will be the ‘go-to’ person for all things relating to project management and the gatekeeper of the client relationship including resourcing and workflow through the business and the Creative Department specifically. You will provide support to the Client Services Director (based in Melbourne) and be responsible for all new business leads for the Creative Department in Sydney.

You will work closely with the project leads to maintain up-to-date knowledge of project scope and timelines and will escalate any budget, timing or resourcing issues as they arise to the Operations Manager or Client Services Director to oversee and assist where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

— You will represent and consistently present Right Angle Studio’s purpose, services and programs to our clients and partnering organisations
— Work closely with the CEO, Creative Director and Client Services Director to develop and execute new and exciting creative for a range of clients including: Food and Beverage, Arts and Culture, Government, Property and internal Right Angle Studio business initiatives
— Use your knowledge of the clients needs to provide input in the strategy  and creative and present this to the clients alongside the project team
— You will play a key role in client meetings about business development and initiatives that the company undertakes to build its profile in the market
— You will help the CEO and others in the team develop and cost proposals, ensuring that they accurately represent our skills and business model
— You will play a lead role in Sydney-related B-2-B and B-2-C projects such as company communications, social media and public events

Account Management & Project Management

— End-to-end delivery of projects in spec, on time and within budget
— Full client service and liaison as well as continual relationship building
— Contribute to new business proposals and presentations with the Business Development team to secure projects for the business assist with pricing of scope, deliverables and resourcing
— Meeting management including preparing agendas, minute taking, confirming and circulating actions to all stakeholders
— Financial admin on all projects incl. POs, supplier invoices, sales invoices, ensuring timely creation and processing following RAS procedures and policies as set by the Operations Manager
— Ensure all project documentation is accurately filed, labelled and is accessible to the project team/s as and when required
— Manage all administration on all projects incl. contract preparation, authorisations and clients’ adherence to RAS terms and conditions

— Minimum 5 years industry experience within an agency or design studio
— Extensive experience working with property and government clients
— Experience working alongside multiple collaborators including architects, development managers and client marketing teams
— Experience managing at least one direct report and workflow management/trafficking
— Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, PR (or equivalent qualification)
— Brand strategy and brand identity development methodology, pricing and resourcing
— Awareness of brand identity standards application and management
— Experience managing wayfinding strategy, environmental and signage design projects
— Experience with managing print production projects, commissioning, techniques and paper stock selection
— Experience managing best practice providers of UX, UI, CX for digital communications
— Familiarity with business development processes including managing sales pipelines and comfort presenting company credentials and proposals
