We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Sydney team. As the Project Manager, your role is to add value to our clients and our company by managing projects so that they’re in spec, on time and to budget. You will be the key forecaster and record keeper of all project specifics, working with the research, strategy, content and design teams to ensure projects are delivered as fast as possible and to the highest standard. You will be the ‘go-to’ person for all things relating to project management including resourcing and workflow through the business. You will work closely with project leads to stay up to date with project scope and timeline changes and escalate to the Operations Manager if budget issues arise.

Key Responsibilities

— End-to-end delivery of projects in spec, on time and to budget
— Full client services and liaison as well as relationship building
— Prepare meeting agendas, taking and circulating meeting notes
— Financial admin on all projects incl. POs, billings, invoices, ensuring timely delivery
— Ensure all project documentation is accurately filed and labelled
— Manage all administration on all projects incl. contract preparation and finalisation
— Contribute to weekly team meetings as directed
— Lead the weekly project WIP and revenue meetings
— Be across the status of all live projects and understand resource requirements
— Where necessary, direct project teams on their priority and weekly schedule
— Work with the team to manage the resourcing of all projects
— Assist in office admin as required incl. phones, couriers and general office tidiness
— Meet and greet clients and friends
— Provide general support to Company Directors
— Lead and mentor client services team and ensure company values are adhered to
— Ensure project management-related admin is completed
— Manage client services team schedules via designated company systems/procedures/policies

Required Experience

— 5+ years experience in similar role
— Publishing experience viewed favourably
— Mac literate
— Project management system experience
— SmartSheet experience viewed favourably
— InDesign skills viewed favourably
